Géants
Il y a un certain temps que je ne vous ai pas adressé la parole. J'ai pris une pause des médias sociaux et d'internet en général, ce faisant, j'ai aussi délaissé ce blog quelque peu.
Ce weekend, j'ai pris un bain de foule. Franchement, je ne m'attendais pas à côtoyer autant d'humains ce jour-là. J'espérais une promenade tranquille au soleil, mais, comme c'est le 375e anniversaire de Montréal cette année, il y a toujours quelque chose qui se passe quelque part dans la ville. Ce weekend, c'était au tour des Géants d'envahir et de séduire Montréal.
Parallèlement, les enfants continuaient de s'amuser le plus simplement du monde, des étudiants américains peaufinaient leur art sur la Place d'Armes et la colonisation se refaisait une beauté à la Pointe-à-Caillière.
Oh, j'allais oublier... on a eu du soleil, enfin.
I have not been here for quite some time now. I took a break from social medias and the internet in general. In doing so, I also left this blog unattended.
I dove in a crowd this weekend in Montreal. Frankly, I did not expect to rub shoulders with so many humans that day. I was hoping for a quiet stroll in the sun but, as it happened to be the 375th anniversary of Montreal this year, there's always something happening somewhere in the city. This weekend the Giants invaded and seduced Montreal.
All the while, children continued to play with anything that was at hand, students from the USA refined their art on Place d'Armes and history was putting on make-up at Pointe-à-Caillière.
Oh, I was going to forget... we had sunshine, finally.
